How I got here…
I started working for myself when I was 23 years old. Back then, I was driving around the city, teaching yoga 17 classes a week!
What I realized right away was that I loved being my own boss! I loved the creative process of designing workshops, courses, curriculum for teacher trainings, and connecting deeply with other heart-centered humans!
But… I was also all over, interested in so many different things, taking courses to get certificates in Ayurveda, Reiki, Professional Coaching, Pranic Healing, all while contemplating going back to school to study acupuncture.
Then I started traveling the world, living in SouthEast Asia for five years, only to come back to Canada and begin my real journey into running a company, when I started my yoga school.
I’ve always loved learning new things, developing excellence, and then sharing with others.
So after becoming one of only 20 Certified women in the world in the discipline of Ashtanga Yoga, I sold my yoga school and started traveling and teaching workshops and retreats all over the world.
But my heart started searching for the next thing… some new way to focus my energy.
I wanted to build a business that didn’t have me traveling away from my young son 2 weeks out of every month.
I wanted to create a sustainable business model that wasn’t centered around how my body looked, what postures I could demonstrate, or how flexible I was.
So… I signed up for B-School.
Not knowing where it would take me.
All I knew was that I needed to create something different for myself. A business I could run from anywhere in the world, and one that didn’t rely on exchanging time for money.
This was the start of everything for me.

Not at all. When I started B-School, I had a business, but it was all in person. I hadn’t a clue how to build anything online. This course is what took me to that next level. BUT, if you do already have a business then you're on your way to making your business "tight & right" (as Marie says).
