Hi! I’m Harmony.
Having suffered with chronic Asthma since early childhood, I became obsessed with pranayama in early 2004, it changed my life, and I’ve been practicing continually ever since. Throughout my journey, I’ve had the privilege of being directly guided by Sri O.P Tiwari, in the lineage of Swami Kuvalayananda. I also studied pranayama directly from the late Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, in Mysore, India in 2007, as well as Sharath Jois in his training programs in 2010 and 2014.
Over the years, I’ve taught and guided hundreds of students just like you to follow these safe and effective breathing techniques.

Yes. Ancient Breathwork 2.0 is a recognized continuing education course for Yoga Alliance certified teachers who are required to complete continuing education credits (CEC).

No. This is a very accessible approach. We begin without any breath-holds and gradually increase to a short breath-retention compatible with your capacity. With direct guidance from me, you will never feel like you’re pushing past what feels comfortable for your current ability. The practice is tailored to the practitioner. This is not a one-size fits all approach.

YES! This is a wonderful course if you’re just getting started in breathwork. We begin by building a strong foundation and each step takes you closer to creating your own unique personal practice.
