I know exactly what it’s like to struggle with burnout and overwhelming exhaustion. Throughout my life I’ve struggled with asthma, my lungs were always a weak spot, so it was no surprise that over the past two years I came down with Covid three times, leaving me with a massive energy deficit. 

Thanks to my 20+ years of training in breathwork (pranayama) and yoga, I was able to use these ancient breathing practices to get my nervous system back on track, reduce the onset of anxiety, and tap into that unlimited source of energy (prana) within!
